In this episode of the Alchemy Of Affluence Podcast, we’re joined by guest speaker Abby Spindelman, founder of Intimacy Alive. She’s an Intimacy & Communication Enthusiast with over 8 years experience exploring, coaching, facilitating, and teaching self-discovery.
Her childhood shaped her to be curious about relationships, her first career in sales taught her about true trust, and in 2015 when she became certified to teach yoga she learned how to cultivate a deep connection to her heart. So, combining all of these helped create the inspiration to help women explore and heal their emotional, physical and energetic intimacy with themselves and others.
It’s her belief (based on personal experience and client work) that exploring your inner landscape helps you accept yourself as a whole person and develop more love, compassion, and empathy for others. It is her dream to support women fully standing in their power, expressing their desires and thriving in community.
