This episode of the Alchemy Of Affluence Podcast is an interview with my friend, Sean Marciniak, a self-proclaimed “comedy shaman.” The shaman, in ancient and tribal cultures was a wizard of sorts who’s job was to tap into the realms of the unknown and translate messages and evoke spiritual experiences in the greater population. To Sean, stand up comedy and improv comedy are forms of shamanism, because they move an audience to laugh. Sean’s shamanic practice is an art of seeing magick as wonder, and reminding people to experience that sense of wonder. In this episode, we’re talking about Sean’s shamanistic journey, shamanic humor, and how artists channel the muses in their art.
